📋 Description

• Go and find the work rather than waiting to be handed it • Take hold of real problems, own them outright and have the remit to solve them without being blocked • Run recruitment end to end: innovating, using the latest technology, moving quickly, and not letting strong candidates go cold • Get our software set up and running across clients efficiently and effectively • Stand up proof-of-concepts on request • Get on calls with the people using our products and handling support directly • Running evals, deciding whether we adopt or switch, and keeping us on the right tooling rather than the default • Own what we spend, finding the waste, and cutting it
