📋 Description
• Take hold of real problems, own them outright, and have the remit to solve them without being blocked • Run recruitment end to end, innovating, using the latest technology, and moving quickly • Get software set up and running across clients efficiently and effectively • Handle front-line client work, getting on calls with the people using our products and providing support • Own SaaS, AI, and cloud billing, finding waste and cutting costs

• Entry Level • Comfortable owning ambiguity • Ability to talk to developers, read billing dashboards, run evaluations, and take client calls
