📋 Description

• Build and ship robust backend services and frontends with real product impact. • Ensure systems are scalable, performant, and easy to maintain. • Collaborate across teams to integrate services and deliver end-to-end value. • Model business domains into clean, performant data structures. • Coach and mentor other engineers on best practices. • Collaborate with engineers and lead technical delivery on initiatives within a domain or project. • Lead by example in engineering excellence, pragmatism, and shared ownership. • Work with Developers, Designers, Quality Engineers, DevOps Engineers, and Product Owners to deliver Storyteq’s creative production and campaign management platform.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on experience delivering full-stack products with PHP (Laravel). • Experience with Vue.js (or other front-end frameworks). • Solid experience designing and integrating REST and/or GraphQL APIs. • Comfortable working in monorepo environments and modular architectures. • Proficient in data modeling and working with SQL/NoSQL databases. • Familiar with testing practices, performance tuning, and scalable design principles. • Proactive, result-driven, and excited to work in a fast-growing tech scale-up. • Confident in making architectural decisions and communicating trade-offs. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. • Nice to have: affinity with TypeScript. • Nice to have: experience with OAuth 2.0 authentication protocol and SOAP. • Nice to have: experience with GitLab CI/CD, DevOps, and public cloud such as GCP.
