📋 Description

• Configure a SuccessFactors module within implementation projects. • Lead or support one or more SAP Payroll projects for Netherlands payroll deployments. • Ensure functional workstreams deliver quality deliverables into customer Production environments. • Apply and consistently use the FastTrack or SAP Activate implementation methodology. • Support Sales with scoping, solution design, and estimating for projects and change requests. • Lead or support methodology workshops and accurately capture decisions in workbooks. • Define and document overall SuccessFactors module configuration. • Ensure successful transition to Strada or other maintenance teams. • Support project resources in defining solutions when delivery challenges arise. • Organize and support data mapping with clients and implementation teams. • Ensure client data cleansing and transformation responsibilities are fulfilled. • Apply Strada and client data security procedures and requirements. • Support technical resources in defining integration requirements. • Support integration solution workshops and required documentation. • Carry out agreed Strada testing and ensure issues are corrected before customer testing.

🎯 Requirements

• Excellent experience in HR services delivery. • Demonstrable experience implementing SuccessFactors and/or SAP HCM Payroll products. • Experience with at least one end-to-end deployment project involving Employee Central Payroll or SAP HCM Payroll. • Demonstrable communication and presentation skills. • In-depth knowledge of SAP HCM Payroll. • In-depth knowledge of Netherlands Payroll. • SuccessFactors Associate Level Certification in Employee Central Payroll desirable; Employee Central certification ideally held. • Ability to deliver clear and engaging customer meetings and workshops.
