📋 Description
• Process payroll from end to end according to defined standards • Ensure Payroll calendar is followed and deviations managed • Manage ticket queues and monitor deadlines using BI tools • Provide root cause analysis for client escalations • Manage schedule adherence and team productivity • Participate in projects and activities as needed
🎯 Requirements
• Supports the associates and specialists on their team to process payroll independently • Manage and monitor ticket queues using BI tools • Ensure adherence to client SLAs and targets • Utilize hrX suite of tools for payroll processing • Support and manage Root Cause Analysis when issues occur • Manage deviations from standard scope of service • Understand payroll reports and reporting needs • Strong ability to coach and develop action plans • Ensure SOC compliance and follow Defined Work Instructions • Manage sensitive and confidential information
