📋 Description
• Independently process payroll from end to end • Manage and monitor ticket queues • Ensure adherence to client SLAs • Undertake and manage a Root Cause Analysis (RCA) • Manage schedule adherence and team productivity
🎯 Requirements
• Supports the associates and specialists on their team to process payroll • Ability to utilize the hrX suite of tools • Strong ability to coach and develop action plans • Ability to recognize and deal with sensitive information • SOC compliance knowledge
