âą Provide technical and functional consulting support for applications, offering specialized guidance and effective solutions. âą Prepare and maintain technical and functional documentation related to support activities. âą Manage tickets and daily priorities, ensuring deadlines are met. âą Maintain clear and efficient communication with internal and external teams, ensuring alignment and collaboration. âą Understand HR process flows and SAP HCM architecture, especially the Payroll (Brazil - PY) module.
âą Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Human Resources, or Business Administration. âą Minimum of 4 years' experience in similar roles, with a focus on the PY module of SAP HCM. âą Experience in configuring and parameterizing SAP HCM. âą Basic knowledge of LSMW, interface development, BAPIs, Batch Input, SAPscript, Smart Forms, ALV reports, and standard reports. âą Familiarity with ABAP, object-oriented (OO) programming, BSP, and WorkFlow. âą Advanced English is considered a plus.
