📋 Description

• Responsible for defining the technical and functional vision of the SAP HCM solution • Manage SAP HCM Swiss/Austrian Payroll (PY) solution design and configuration • Resolve complex issues across payroll schemas, PCRs, and integrations • Ensure compliance with Italian payroll regulations and legal requirements • Support testing cycles, including payroll validation and reconciliation • Act as a subject matter expert in SAP HCM Payroll • Share best practices and support team development • Mentor junior consultants on payroll topics and delivery • Oversee delivery quality across payroll projects and support • Identify opportunities to expand payroll services

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in SAP HCM CH/AT (Payroll) • Hands-on expertise with schemas and PCRs • Solid understanding of payroll integration (TM, FI) • Fluent English and Italian
