📋 Description

• Provide application support to payroll customers through advice, guidance, and technical activities • Manage customer incidents, requests, and changes using ServiceNow and ITIL principles • Provide functional analysis and guidance on UKI payroll processing queries • Lead the UKI Payroll AMS team, mentor junior colleagues, chair daily standups, and support planning and knowledge transfer • Act as a SPOC for customers and maintain in-depth knowledge of their system setup and payroll cycles • Update client documentation to reflect system changes • Manage change requests from requirements gathering through estimation, unit testing, and deployment • Report status and progress to the SAP Support Lead • Join customer-facing issue calls and provide incident updates • Identify and resolve defects related to UK-specific payroll areas • Follow change and release management best practices • Manage testing and implementation of SAP HRSP and CLC patches • Support End of Year/Start of Year processes with customer payroll teams

🎯 Requirements

• Hands-on experience of UKI Payroll, including schemas, PCRs, wage type creation, and basic pay configuration • Proven experience with SAP Payroll systems, including maintenance, troubleshooting, configuration, and support • SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll experience is a plus • Ability to prioritise work across multiple clients and meet deadlines and contractual SLA targets • Strong communication skills using business rather than technical language • In-depth knowledge of payroll processes, systems, and UKI legislation • Excellent communication and presentation skills • Ability to build rapport with stakeholders at all levels • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with great attention to detail • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Flexibility around working hours for critical payroll issues or escalations • Systems implementation experience would be beneficial but is not mandatory • Appetite to become a subject-matter expert in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll modules • Ability to support UK working hours and time zone • Work authorization in the employing country without current or future visa sponsorship requirement • Successful completion of a background check if an offer is made
