âą Support the Time and Labor team with the implementation and rollout of timekeeping systems, including requirements gathering, testing, UAT, and deployment activities. âą Support Time and Labor and timekeeping platforms such as ADP, SAP, Workday Time Tracking, and UKG/Kronos. âą Provide real-time monitoring and operational support for Time and Labor systems. âą Support time entry, PTO, attendance, overtime, hours worked, and time-off processes. âą Ensure established Time and Labor processes and procedures are consistently followed. âą Support ad hoc reporting and data analysis as needed. âą Monitor service-level performance and recommend actions to help teams meet Service Level Goals. âą Partner with internal teams and stakeholders to identify process or system improvements. âą Support documentation, standard operating procedures, and process improvement initiatives.
âą Strong understanding of Time and Labor and workforce management concepts. âą Hands-on experience with timekeeping or time entry systems. âą Experience with ADP, SAP, Workday Time Tracking, UKG/Kronos, or similar Time and Labor platforms. âą Experience supporting timekeeping system implementations, testing, UAT, or rollouts. âą Understanding of time entry, PTO, attendance, overtime, and time-off processes. âą Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills. âą Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills. âą Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and time-sensitive environment. âą Ability to travel up to 10%, if needed.
