📋 Description

• Build and maintain integrations using Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, and Cloud Connect • Develop custom reports, data extracts, and transformation logic using XML, XSLT, and JSON • Utilize Workday Web Services (SOAP/REST) and APIs for real-time data exchange • Monitor and troubleshoot integration issues, ensuring timely resolution • Perform regular audits and validations to maintain data integrity • Stay current with Workday releases and assess impact on existing integrations • Work closely with HR, Payroll, Benefits, and IT teams to gather requirements • Translate business needs into technical specifications • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members • Maintain detailed documentation of integration architecture and data flows • Ensure compliance with data privacy and security standards

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field • 3+ years of experience in Workday integrations, including Workday Studio and EIB • Strong understanding of HR and Finance business processes • Proficiency in XML, XSLT, SOAP, REST, and middleware platforms • Workday Integration certification preferred • Current and future work authorization in the country where you're applying, without the need for visa sponsorship by Strada • Successful completion of applicable background checks, where permitted by law and as appropriate for the role
