📋 Description

• Manage confirmed airline reservations and post-booking travel details using information handed over by the Ticketing team • Create or update trip records, including flight details, passenger information, seat assignments, meal preferences, and Frequent Flyer Numbers • Review booking and passenger information against confirmed reservations and issued tickets • Support Sabre GDS, airline reservations, PNR details, itinerary changes, and post-ticketing coordination • Build client-ready itineraries for international business-class and first-class bookings • Coordinate airport chauffeur transfers, seat selections, and special meal requests • Record confirmed travel arrangements and updates in the client management system • Prepare and review client invoices using FreshBooks • Verify payment receipt and records, including Stripe, bank wire transfers, PayPal, and cryptocurrency • Identify and escalate discrepancies between booking, invoice, and payment records • Send approved itineraries and invoices to clients through Periskope • Communicate with founders, executives, investors, and premium travelers • Maintain accurate client-facing travel information and records • Update booking records in real time and ensure no booking task remains unactioned for more than 30 minutes during the shift • Coordinate with Ticketing and Client Service teams • Escalate payment discrepancies, booking mismatches, and complex travel issues to the Team Lead

🎯 Requirements

• Must have 1–2+ years of professional experience in travel operations, airline reservations, airline ticketing, corporate travel, travel consulting, or a similar travel-industry role • Hands-on professional experience using Sabre GDS • Experience using Sabre for airline reservations, PNR management, ticketing, rebooking, itinerary management, or post-booking travel support • Familiarity with airline booking workflows, passenger information, flight itineraries, and reservation records • Experience creating or managing invoices using FreshBooks, QuickBooks, or a similar billing platform • Experience verifying or reconciling payments through card payments, bank transfers, or digital payment platforms • Strong attention to detail when working across multiple travel, CRM, booking, and billing systems • Strong written English and ability to communicate professionally with clients • Ability to manage multiple active bookings and tasks without losing track of important details • Sabre GDS experience is required; candidates without hands-on professional Sabre experience will not be considered
