📋 Description

• Deliver client consultancy projects focused on key business needs • Use NAVLIN Price & Data and NAVLIN HTA Database tools, tailored insight, and custom research • Deliver client projects on schedule while maintaining quality and value expectations • Support research and lead analysis on payer and HTA landscape mapping • Support HTA submissions, GVD development, value demonstration and proposition • Develop and support execution of early scientific advice plans • Conduct value-based pricing analyses • Collaborate with internal and external resources to design, develop, and deliver client deliverables • Develop client reports and presentations and deliver findings to clients • Identify strategic alternatives and project approaches for client questions • Develop consulting methodologies and pharmaceutical market knowledge through training and on-the-job experience • Support business development through lead identification, proposal and kickoff deck development, and client relationship engagement

🎯 Requirements

• Post-graduate degree in Pharmacy, Public Health, Health Economics, Medicine, or Life Sciences in a relevant field • 1 to 4 years of experience in a market access, HEOR, or HTA consulting setting • Background in health technology assessment, HEOR, market access, and reimbursement policies • Experience using analogues and secondary data, including clinical guidelines, HTA outcomes, and raw pricing data • High attention to quality and detail • Strong written and spoken language skills • Excellent PowerPoint and Excel skills • Self-awareness and accountability • Self-starter with a positive demeanor and creative thinking skills • Ability to quickly build relationships and derive clear decisions from ambiguity • Strong communication and presentation skills • Understanding of pharmaceutical business practices and client issues • Knowledge of global reimbursement and HTA requirements • Working knowledge of the Market Research Development process • Quantitative and qualitative market research skills • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook • Ability to analyze large amounts of data from multiple sources and make recommendations • Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines • Creative approach and demonstrated client focus • Strong problem-solving, detail-oriented, analytical, and inquisitive capabilities
