📋 Description

• Work with customers to identify implementation scope, timelines, budget, and resource requirements • Create project plans and ensure implementations stay on track • Collaborate with client-side subject-matter experts to understand, configure, and customize business requirements • Set up user accounts, define workflows, integrate with other systems, and test the product • Set up relevant data to demonstrate end-to-end business processes • Collect and process client feedback and make necessary system changes • Provide training to end users and administrators on the SaaS product • Provide ongoing customer support, troubleshoot issues, and answer questions • Create and maintain implementation documentation, including user manuals, training materials, and technical specifications • Collaborate with the product team to identify product improvements and provide product development input based on client feedback

🎯 Requirements

• Having a full-time degree from a recognized institute • Experience working on employee expense, travel & benefits management modules is highly desirable • Experience in implementation projects, including requirements gathering, documentation, configuration, testing, administration training, data migration, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) • Strong communication and presentation skills • Solid problem-solving and consultative skills to engage and build relationships with stakeholders in large organizations • Ability to navigate challenges, complete deliverables with quality, and manage multiple implementation projects concurrently • Ability to collaborate with large teams toward a common goal
