• You design performance-oriented advertising creatives for digital channels — from static ads to animated videos. • You understand that good design in a performance context not only looks good but converts. • Conceptualization and design of ad creatives for social media (Meta, Google, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube) — static and animated • Video editing and motion design: creation and editing of video ads, story ads, and Reels formats • Design of banners and display ads in various formats and sizes • Creation of landing page graphics, hero visuals, and other web assets • Maintenance and development of design templates and style guides • Close collaboration with the Performance team to creatively implement campaign objectives • Iterative adaptation of creatives based on A/B tests and performance data
• Completed vocational training as a Media Designer or a comparable degree in a design-related field • Confident use of Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro) and Figma in daily work • Experience in video editing and motion design — producing ad videos and animations for social media formats • Proven experience designing digital advertising creatives • Experience in an agency environment — understanding client briefings and feedback processes • You use AI tools strategically as a work assistant — not as a replacement for craftsmanship, but to accelerate routine tasks.
