• Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields; • Previous experience in recruitment and selection; • Strong verbal and written communication skills; • Familiarity with recruitment platforms and Microsoft Office; • Organized, agile, and analytical mindset.
