• Own the end-to-end delivery of enterprise customer implementations • Serve as the primary contact for customers during Implementation • Partner with internal teams for successful feature deployment • Maintain high standards of delivery quality and customer satisfaction • Contribute to developing scalable delivery methods
• 5+ years in SaaS implementations, professional services, or customer success teams • Experience managing enterprise customers and complex implementations • Executive stakeholder management skills • Strong solutioning skills • Experience with APIs and enterprise IT environments • Excellent communication, collaboration and presentation skills • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously • Fluency in English, both spoken and written • Additional European languages desirable
