📋 Description

• Create high-quality visual design across brand, web, campaigns, and marketing materials • Design and maintain key website pages in collaboration with the growth team • Create assets for social media, events, presentations, sales materials, and customer communications • Contribute to the Stravito design system, including templates, components, and brand guidelines • Support the Creative Director on projects involving external agencies and contractors • Build Canva and Figma templates to help other teams work on-brand • Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, the growth team, external agencies, and partners • Translate complex ideas about knowledge and insights into clear, premium, distinctly Stravito visuals

🎯 Requirements

• Around 3-5 years of experience in brand, marketing, or web design • Good eye for typography, layout, colour, and visual hierarchy • Comfortable designing for digital channels, including web pages, social, decks, and marketing assets • Happy working within a brand system and contributing to its evolution • Clear communicator who is comfortable managing own workload • Proficient in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite • Motion design experience with After Effects is a plus • Able to leverage AI to ship high-quality output at scale-up pace • Current resident for tax purposes in one of the chosen locations • Application and portfolio
