📋 Description

• Create high-quality visual design across brand, web, campaigns, and marketing materials • Design and maintain key website pages in collaboration with the growth team • Create assets for social media, events, presentations, sales materials, and customer communications • Contribute to the Stravito design system - templates, components, and brand guidelines • Support the Creative Director on projects involving external agencies and contractors • Help build Canva and Figma templates that make it easy for other teams to work on-brand

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in brand, marketing, or web design • A good eye for typography, layout, colour, and visual hierarchy • Comfortable designing for digital channels - web pages, social, decks, and marketing assets • Happy working within a brand system and contributing to its evolution over time • A clear communicator who is comfortable managing your own workload • Proficient in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite • Motion design experience (After Effects) is a plus
