📋 Description

• Supports student retention by providing non-instructional intervention and support to students in grades 6-12. • Monitors, tracks and addresses the needs of students regarding online learning success factors. • Conducts small group online Student and Parent Resource Sessions on academic topics as scheduled. • Maintains regular contact and meetings with students and families via various communication methods. • Provides timely responses to all communication from students, staff, and parents. • Distributes daily and weekly communications containing important school-level reminders. • Facilitates student changes such as program changes, withdrawals, and re-enrollment activities.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelors Degree AND • Bilingual Spanish+ English • 2 or more years customer service experience • Experience working with children or youth • Demonstrated proficiency in using online tools and applications • Professional verbal and writing skills • Comfortable with online and telephone communication with customers • Background in Education preferred. • TUTORING EXPERIENCE OR EXPERIENCE AS A SCHOOL OR CLASSROOM AID.
