📋 Description
• Directs and coordinates educational, administrative and counseling activities of high school students • Researches and implements non-K12 curriculum resources that meet state standards • Monitors student achievement data and works with teachers to improve outcomes • Manages student discipline according to school policies and procedures • Responds to parent concerns and facilitates conflict resolution • Participates in school improvement planning and accreditation activities • Supervises and evaluates teaching staff
🎯 Requirements
• Previous Supervisory Experience • Master’s degree AND Five (5) years of educational experience OR Equivalent combination of education and experience • Ability to clear required background check • Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Visio, etc.); Web proficiency. • Ability to travel 20% of the time for meetings, professional development, etc. • Previous experience as an online Educator • Previous administrative experience
