📋 Description
• Support teachers and grade-level or course teams in strengthening instructional practices aligned to core content standards • Work with teachers to improve instructional effectiveness through the use of research-based strategies and sound instructional design • Demonstrate, model, and support the use of effective teaching strategies as appropriate • Utilize a coaching cycle to support teacher reflection, growth, and instructional improvement • Analyze student performance data, instructional data, and other relevant information to identify trends, strengths, and areas for improvement • Collaborate with principals to support consistent implementation of improvement strategies across classrooms
🎯 Requirements
• Experience in K–12 instruction, instructional coaching, or school improvement • Strong understanding of effective teaching and learning practices • Experience analyzing and using student data to inform instruction • Ability to support adult learning through coaching and collaboration • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
