β€’ Analyze full-funnel performance using key metrics (CTR, bounce rate, drop-off points, CVR, AOV, LTV) β€’ Own the A/B and multivariate testing roadmap β€” headlines, offers, layouts, form fields, and CTAs β€’ Translate test results into clear insights and iterate quickly based on performance data β€’ Collaborate with copywriters and designers to test new hooks, page structures, and creative formats β€’ Build and optimize landing pages from the ground up using tools like Unbounce, ClickFunnels, and WordPress β€’ Ensure mobile-first design, fast load times, and seamless UX across devices β€’ Apply persuasive design principles and usability best practices to drive conversions β€’ Lead the end-to-end execution of conversion experiments: from hypothesis and wireframe to launch and post-test analysis β€’ Coordinate cross-functional resources (design, copy, dev) to deliver tests on time and within scope β€’ Develop, refine, and test offers that align with customer intent and pain points β€’ Design and document end-to-end funnel flows for new campaigns, upsells, and lead-gen initiatives

🎯 Requirements

β€’ 5-7 years in a marketing role with a proven track record in an in-house or agency environment β€’ Proven experience improving conversion rates for digital offers, e-commerce, lead gen, or info products β€’ Deep knowledge of buyer psychology, direct response copywriting, and user behavior analysis β€’ Hands-on experience with Landing Page Builders: Unbounce, ClickFunnels, Instapage, WordPress β€’ Automation Tools: Zapier, Make, GoHighLevel β€’ CRM & ESPs: Hubspot, Salesforce, Active Campaign, GoHighLevel, and Klaviyo β€’ Analytics Tools: GA4, Hotjar, Looker Studio, Excel/Sheets β€’ Able to clearly communicate test results and performance trends to non-technical stakeholders and clients β€’ Comfortable working in a fast-paced, test-and-learn marketing environment β€’ A sharp eye for design, user experience, and persuasive visual hierarchy is a strong plus.
