📋 Description

•In this role you will help build and enhance the Stripe Dashboard by designing, concepting, and prototyping high-quality core dashboard and product experiences. •Proactively connect business goals to product opportunities •Anticipate needs and articulate a compelling product vision •Collaborate across design, product, and leadership to shape strategy and align roadmaps •Present work regularly to leadership; synthesize and act on feedback to rapidly refine solutions •Champion craft and product excellence through example •Communicate ideas through high-fidelity prototypes and compelling storytelling •Develop durable, scalable design frameworks that raise the bar for craft company-wide

🎯 Requirements

•Has 10+ years of relevant design experience at a tech, product-driven company •Skilled at operating independently to turn ambiguous, cross-functional problems into clear, cohesive visions •Experienced in partnering closely with product, engineering, and cross-functional teams to drive design strategy •Able to navigate complexity and distill it into simple, intuitive solutions •Adept at translating business objectives into customer-centered design opportunities •Confident presenting work to company leadership and skilled at communicating design decisions through clear, compelling storytelling •Strong visual design and craft skills •Able to balance bold vision with thoughtful, incremental rollouts •Experienced in mentoring or leading peers and junior designers, either as a design manager or senior IC
