📋 Description

• Manage, organize, and distribute digital assets in Kontainer and the company intranet. • Oversee asset permissions to ensure departments have appropriate access to files, templates, and brand materials. • Coordinate with the PMO and Internal Communications Manager to maintain and update department intranet pages. • Support project workflows within Asana, helping to track asset requests, updates, and approvals. • Ensure all assets are properly tagged, versioned, and compliant with brand and metadata standards. • Monitor and report on asset usage and access within Kontainer and intranet systems. • Assist with training employees on asset management best practices and platform use. • Build and maintain SOPs, how-to guides, usage policies, and best-practice documentation.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Information Management, or related field preferred. • 1–2 years of experience managing digital assets or content within a corporate environment. • Prior experience working with Kontainer or similar digital asset management platforms. • Familiarity with intranet systems and collaboration tools (such as Asana or Kontainer). • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
