📋 Description

• Identify suitable creators for projects • Coordinate with creators on general parameters, contract negotiations, and content production matters • Develop conversion-focused content briefs together with the Creative Strategy team • Research additional creators for the Creator Pool in line with quality standards • Act as the communication link between external content creators and the internal team

🎯 Requirements

• Completed degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field • Independent, self-motivated working style with a strong hands-on mentality • Excellent written and spoken German and English skills • A plus: Initial experience in an agency or campaign environment
