📋 Description
• Erstellung von Creatives (Static, Video und Animationen) für Social Advertising Kampagnen auf Facebook, Instagram und TikTok • Konzeption von Creative Konzepten zusammen mit dem Strategy Team, die sich von der Masse abheben • Ständige Suche nach aktuellen Trends und Einbringung eigener kreativer Ideen • Verantwortung für eigene Projektarbeit in einem definierten Umfang und Entwicklung der Qualitätsstandards
🎯 Requirements
• Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Creative-Produktion für Paid Social (Static, Video, Animation) auf Facebook, Instagram und TikTok • Erfahrung in der fachlichen Anleitung, Coaching oder Betreuung von Designer:innen • Sicher im Umgang mit der Adobe Creative Cloud, insbesondere Premiere Pro und After Effects • Ausgeprägtes Qualitätsbewusstsein und die Fähigkeit, Standards aktiv weiterzuentwickeln • Selbstständiger und eigenverantwortlicher Arbeitsstil mit ausgeprägter Hands-on Mentalität • Klare Kommunikation auf Augenhöhe - im Feedback und im Reporting • Sehr gute Deutsch- & Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
