📋 Description

• Serve as a resource for the commercial operations of specific Stryker US selling divisions. • Work with sales personnel on a broad range of commercial sales matters including sales agreements. • Independently draft and edit contracts. • Proactively handle various transactional matters related to Stryker’s U.S. commercial sales contracting. • Act as a legal business partner to operations and commercial personnel within selling divisions. • Support distribution agreements and outcomes-based arrangements. • Provide legal advice related to multiple issues and make decisions on legal matters with a financial impact.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree required • Law Degree and admission to practice law in the U.S. required. • 10+ years of professional work experience required • 3+ years applicable experience required • 2+ fraud and abuse, anti-kickback experience is highly desirable • Direct work with Sales & Marketing professionals is beneficial
