📋 Description
• Manage the day-to-day operations of Le Wagon Online bootcamps • Empower, coach and support Batch Managers to provide students with the world's best learning experience and support program growth • Ensure smooth delivery of bootcamps and maximize student motivation, commitment and satisfaction • Monitor pedagogical metrics, including student learning metrics, attendance, and NPS • Oversee the organization and running of key events such as Kickoff Day, Community events, and Demo Day • Ensure information is recorded in Notion and documents are stored in Google Drive • Ensure compliance with local training regulations • Improve day-to-day processes and work on additional team projects • Anticipate teacher hiring and training needs with Sales & Admissions teams and Batch Managers • Lead and coordinate teacher sourcing, selection, onboarding, and training • Monitor teacher metrics and feedback and roll out action plans • Oversee development of freelance teaching teams and maintain relationships with freelance teachers • Review and approve teaching invoices weekly • Manage local teaching contracts and related administrative tasks • Brief freelance teachers on invoicing processes, tools, and best practices • Track KPIs including NPS across programs, NPS form response rate, Pedagogical Margin, and Overall Bootcamp Margin
🎯 Requirements
• 1–2 years of previous successful work experience • Clear and confident communication skills • Exceptional written and verbal English and French • Ability to work independently in a small team • Creative problem-solving skills • Highly structured and organized • Ability to work to tight deadlines and provide practical solutions across multiple projects • Strong project management skills and results orientation • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously • Experience managing multiple teams and stakeholders • Understanding of challenges involved in learning Web development, Data Analysis, Data Science, and No-Code • Freelance availability for a 4-month mission from September to December 2026 • Availability 5 days a week
