📋 Description

• Create academic texts and papers in the field of controlling based on individual project specifications • Work on topics such as cost and performance accounting, investment appraisal, budgeting, corporate planning, KPI systems, reporting, and risk controlling • Conduct structured research and analysis of academic literature and relevant sources • Develop clear outlines and coherent lines of argument • Conduct and present quantitative analyses in an understandable manner • Adhere to academic standards regarding citations, formatting, and writing style • Complete projects on time • Regularly coordinate with our project managers regarding requirements and project progress

🎯 Requirements

• Completed university degree, ideally in controlling, business administration, finance, accounting, or a comparable field • Solid specialist knowledge of controlling • Experience in academic writing or ghostwriting • Excellent written and spoken German • Confident handling of academic sources and citation styles • Reliable, structured, and self-directed approach to work • Discretion and a strong sense of responsibility • Knowledge of Excel, SAP, DATEV, Power BI, LaTeX, R, SPSS, or STATA is an advantage
