📋 Description

• You build and maintain ETL/ELT pipelines from various source systems into PostgreSQL and BigQuery. • You ensure data quality, e.g., through automated sanity checks, reconciliation processes, and systematic debugging across our data pipelines. • You support the further development of our web tracking and analytics infrastructure, ensuring that data is reliable and ready for use. • You work on Python and/or R scripts, including for Google Ad Manager, operational automations, and internal data processes. • You assist in operating our job portal and help keep data feeds, interfaces, and workflows stable and efficient. • You create analyses and dashboards that are used directly by teams such as Sales, Finance, and Product to enable data-driven decisions.

🎯 Requirements

• You have a completed degree or are close to graduating, e.g., in Computer Science, Statistics, Data Science, Business Informatics, or a related field. • You are an entry-level candidate or recent graduate, or you bring initial practical experience from internships, working-student roles, or personal projects. • You have good knowledge of R and/or Python as well as solid SQL skills, ideally with PostgreSQL. • You have a basic understanding of ETL processes, database structures, and clean schema design, and ideally already work with Git/GitHub. • Experience with R Shiny, REST API integrations, BigQuery, GA4, Google Ad Manager, or Metabase is a plus but not required. • You solve problems systematically, are equally comfortable in code editors, spreadsheets, and dashboards, and communicate clearly — including with non-technical stakeholders. • You have very good German language skills, written and spoken, ideally at C2 level.
