• You turn data into concrete revenue opportunities — and ensure they are unlocked through smart processes and tools • You regularly analyze metrics across the entire revenue funnel — from lead volume and conversion rates to forecasts • You build meaningful dashboards and reports that make sales performance, funnel KPIs, and forecasts transparent • You lead projects focused on process optimization and the operational alignment of our go-to-market teams • You support the identification and implementation of synergies within the Embrace HR family
• You have an excellent university degree — for example in Business Administration, Mathematics, Business Informatics, Business Psychology, Engineering, or a related field • You have at least 1 year of professional experience related to Revenue Operations, lead management, Customer Success, sales, or similar areas • You have experience preparing and interpreting data — e.g., in Excel, BI tools, or CRM systems • You think analytically, work in a structured way, and enjoy understanding data, models, and relationships, improving workflows, and testing new technologies • You bring a strong sense of initiative, enjoy working at the interfaces between teams, and take pleasure in bringing different perspectives together • Excellent German language skills (at least C2 level) • Ideally, you already have some experience with prompting, n8n, Python, or R
