• Respond to customer inquiries through written and verbal communication • Work closely with internal teams’ questions and support in troubleshooting in client • Record client payments within all reporting systems • Resolve client account discrepancies between systems • Maintain non-pay processes to collect payment from our non-pay customers • Invoice and charge clients when appropriate to ensure timely payment • Generate customer invoices and manage necessary account adjustments • Other duties as assigned
• 3-5 years of customer service experience • Excited by problem solving and engaging in critical thinking • Excellent oral and written communication skills • Acute attention to detail • Highly organized and able to prioritize competing tasks • Friendly and professional towards team members and clients • Desire to serve faith-based organizations • Accepts responsibility, accountability and takes pride in their work • Experience working with accounts receivables is a plus • Undergraduate degree is a plus
