• Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, referrals, and networking. • Prospect and engage founders, business owners, HR leaders, talent acquisition teams, and hiring managers. • Conduct discovery calls to understand client hiring needs and business challenges. • Present and sell recruitment solutions to prospective clients. • Build, manage, and maintain a healthy sales pipeline. • Utilize LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot, GoHighLevel, and other sales tools to drive business development activities. • Develop, document, and continuously improve sales playbooks, outreach sequences, and prospecting strategies. • Maintain accurate CRM records, sales forecasts, and activity tracking. • Collaborate closely with recruiters and leadership to ensure successful client delivery. • Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales and revenue targets.
• Extensive B2B sales experience, preferably within: Recruitment & Staffing, Executive Search, Human Resources Services, Professional Services, Consulting Services, Business Services • Proven track record of generating and closing new business opportunities. • Strong cold-calling and outbound prospecting experience. • Experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator. • Experience using HubSpot, GoHighLevel, or similar CRM and sales automation platforms. • Experience creating, implementing, and optimizing sales playbooks and sales processes. • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills. • Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills. • Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment. • Comfortable engaging with decision-makers across multiple countries and time zones. • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Human Resources, Psychology, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred qualification)
