The Sui network is designed to provide a user-friendly experience while enabling the creation of dynamic on-chain assets, instant settlement, and high throughput, making it a scalable and secure platform for digital asset management.

📋 Description

• Design, launch, and manage community initiatives for Sui's APAC audience • Organize virtual and in-person events to drive engagement and build community • Manage and grow community engagement across Discord, Telegram, Twitter/X, and forums • Maintain consistent communication and active participation across channels • Build relationships with key community members, builders, and developers • Represent community feedback within Sui Foundation channels and integrate it into decision-making • Spotlight community and builder contributions • Collaborate with marketing to create and distribute educational, informative, and engaging content • Develop and maintain a content calendar • Leverage existing relationships with or familiarity with APAC-based crypto and trading communities • Oversee moderation and community health across channels • Proactively address community conflicts and issues • Use analytics to assess community health and optimize engagement strategies • Report key metrics to the leadership team

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in community management • Proven track record of launching and scaling community programs • Native Mandarin speaker • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Mandarin • Deep understanding of Web3 culture • Familiarity with blockchain technology, decentralized applications, and Web3 communities • Experience planning and executing successful online and offline community events • Ability to think strategically while being hands-on in execution • Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment • Self-starter who takes initiative and thrives in a dynamic, evolving environment • Comfortable with ambiguity and able to tackle challenges head-on • Ability to work cross-functionally with product, marketing, and engineering teams • Proficiency with community management tools, social media platforms, and data analytics tools
