• Own end-to-end engineering execution for iOS • Drive performance improvements targeting 50% reductions in app launch time, memory usage, and crash rates • Design and operate robust observability, metrics, and automated testing systems • Lead iOS execution rituals including daily and weekly standups • Translate product goals into clear dependencies, timelines, and deliverables • Drive mobile EHR integration excellence
🎯 Requirements
• 7+ years of iOS development with Swift/SwiftUI, UIKit • Experience shipping consumer-grade iOS apps to the App Store at scale • Founder-level ownership mindset • Senior, hands-on iOS engineering ability • Deep iOS platform expertise • Mobile leadership experience • Comfort with ambiguity • Bias toward leverage and simplicity
