📋 Description

• Own a key area of expertise, ideally Data, AI, or Digital Transformation • Develop compelling service offerings together with the team • Strengthen market positioning and build robust references across multiple clients • Contribute specialist expertise to client meetings, introductory discussions, and workshops • Identify new business opportunities and unlock business potential • Prepare tenders and proposals together with the Sales Manager • Strategically develop existing client relationships • Provide functional and disciplinary leadership for a team of approximately 25 employees • Support professional and personal development through feedback, coaching, and development discussions • Use generative AI for business acquisition, proposal creation, and analysis • Establish meaningful AI standards and continuously develop the team’s AI capabilities • Develop a competency strategy together with the leadership team • Promote training, certifications, mentoring, and Communities of Practice • Collaborate with the Head of Division, other Team Leads, and the Sales Manager • Help shape the strategic direction, areas of expertise, business opportunities, and resource planning

🎯 Requirements

• Strong sales orientation and entrepreneurial mindset • Enjoyment of client interactions and the ability to identify business opportunities • Confident, routine use of generative AI in day-to-day work • Knowledge of specific AI use cases and the ability to evaluate their results • Experience providing functional leadership on IT projects • Strong specialist expertise, ideally in Data, AI, or Digital Transformation • Ability to communicate specialist expertise convincingly in a business context • Experience in the automotive or finance IT environment, particularly with automotive manufacturers, suppliers, banks, insurance companies, or other financial services providers • Enjoyment of leadership and employee development • Disciplinary leadership experience is not required; experienced project leads can take the next step into people management
