📋 Description

• Lead multilingual data projects involving tasks such as data annotation, sentiment analysis, data categorization, data cleaning, and data collection — with a strong focus on accuracy, cultural relevance, and scalability. • Manage projects from initiation through final delivery, ensuring alignment with quality standards, timelines, and budget. • Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, linguists, and localization specialists to design efficient and scalable workflows. • Oversee distributed, multilingual teams by assigning tasks, monitoring progress, and mitigating project risks. • Ensure high data quality through the implementation of quality control processes and feedback loops. • Use both internal and external tools to manage data workflows and monitor project performance. • Maintain client relationships, prepare reports, and provide regular project updates and recommendations. • Foster a positive and collaborative team culture, encouraging accountability and ongoing professional development.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in data project management or a related field. • Proven experience managing multilingual teams and working with culturally diverse stakeholders. • Familiarity with data annotation tools and NLP / AI platforms. • Strong organizational and analytical skills with the ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously. • Fluency in English, both written and spoken (additional languages are a plus). • Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Asana, or Trello. • Knowledge of GDPR and data privacy best practices is a plus.
