📋 Description

• Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare facilities and key decision-makers • Serve as the primary point of contact for client communication and support • Develop a deep understanding of client needs, preferences, and expectations • Ensure a high level of client satisfaction and long-term partnership retention • Identify new job opportunities and ongoing staffing needs within assigned accounts • Proactively engage clients to anticipate future needs and expand business opportunities • Support growth through account expansion and relationship development • Intake, manage, and prioritize job orders to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment • Clearly communicate job details, requirements, and expectations to recruiting partners • Set realistic timelines and expectations with clients and internal teams • Partner closely with Physician Recruiters to align on priorities and candidate pipelines • Provide feedback on candidate submissions and client preferences • Ensure strong communication between client and recruiting teams to drive successful placements • Negotiate rates, terms, and contract details within established company guidelines • Ensure agreements meet both client expectations and business objectives • Monitor progress on open roles and proactively address challenges or delays • Ensure consistent follow-up and communication with clients throughout the placement process • Gather feedback to continuously improve service delivery and client experience • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client and job order information in CRM systems • Track activity, pipeline, and performance metrics • Ensure data integrity and adherence to internal processes
