📋 Description
• Lead enterprise-level onboarding projects and guide clients through implementation journeys • Coordinate internal cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery • Drive successful adoption of Sumsub products by preparing and educating client internal teams • Establish clear project plans and communication workflows for transparency and alignment throughout onboarding • Guide clients through the beginning of their journey with Sumsub and ensure a smooth onboarding experience
🎯 Requirements
• 2–3 years of experience in project management • Client-facing or implementation-focused project management experience ideally • Experience with KYC, Transaction Monitoring (AML), or related compliance solutions is a strong advantage • Fluent in English and Mandarin • Proactive and detail-oriented • Motivated by delivering exceptional customer experiences
