📋 Description

• Lead complex termination cases end-to-end, including assessment, documentation, coaching, and final execution • Manage formal employee grievances and conduct fair, thorough, confidential investigations • Advise managers and leaders on performance management, disciplinary processes, and complex employee relations matters • Collaborate with HRBPs/Talent Partners, Legal, and HR Operations on compliant employee-relations processes • Draft and review PIPs, warning letters, termination letters, settlement agreements, and other sensitive documentation • Identify recurring employee-relations issues and recommend policy or process improvements • Maintain confidential, thorough, and well-organized case documentation • Own onboarding, offboarding, contract administration, employee data management, and HRIS accuracy • Ensure HR documentation complies with local labor law, internal policies, and audit requirements • Improve HR workflows, templates, and SOPs • Prepare HR reporting and metrics such as headcount, turnover, and terminations • Support payroll-adjacent processes and answer employee questions about policies and contracts • Partner with Legal and Payroll on process alignment, documentation standards, and risk mitigation

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of HR experience combining HR operations and employee relations • Experience managing complex or contested terminations • Experience managing grievance and investigation processes • Fluent English • Working knowledge of international labor law across multiple regions • Knowledge of employment, B2B engagement, and HR compliance requirements • Strong stakeholder management and ability to advise managers and senior leadership • Excellent judgment and discretion with sensitive, confidential information • Strong written communication and ability to draft formal HR documentation • Experience with HRIS systems and HR reporting/data • Ability to balance employee empathy with business protection and decisive action • Experience in a fast-growing or multi-regional company preferred • Experience partnering with Legal on employment matters preferred • Experience mentoring or supporting HR team members preferred • Degree in law nice to have
