📋 Description

• Manage clients across technical, business, and product levels to help them achieve their goals • Manage and grow relationships with key client stakeholders • Identify opportunities and potential challenges • Provide clients with training and webinars • Introduce clients to new features and handle feature releases • Provide client feedback internally • Represent clients while collaborating with Sales, Solution Architects, Partners, Product Management, Legal, and Marketing teams

🎯 Requirements

• Prior experience as a Customer Success Manager, Account Manager, Business Development Manager, or Project Manager in crypto, fintech, or payments • Basic understanding of KYC is a big plus • Proficiency in Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel • Strong analytical skills • Proactive approach • Advanced English
