âą 4+ years of progressive experience in HR operations. âą Strong knowledge of local labor laws (at least one EU country is a must). âą Proven experience working with HRIS platforms (BambooHR highly desirable). âą Excellent organizational and documentation skills with attention to detail. âą Strong interpersonal and communication abilities. âą Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion. âą Proactive mindset with ability to work independently and collaboratively. âą Experience supporting HR process improvement or change management projects is highly desirable.
