📋 Description

• Partner with customers throughout the implementation journey and provide technical guidance • Design scalable integration solutions tailored to customer technical architectures and business requirements • Troubleshoot complex integration challenges and drive issues to resolution with engineering and product teams • Validate and test integrations for reliability, performance, and seamless customer experience • Share product feedback and influence future product development as the technical voice of the customer • Build trusted relationships with customer engineering teams and serve as their primary technical advisor during implementation

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Solutions Engineer, Solutions Architect, Technical Support Engineer, or similar customer-facing technical role • Strong understanding of software architecture, APIs, and system integrations • Hands-on experience with JavaScript and ability to read and troubleshoot code • Working knowledge of operating systems, databases, and modern web technologies • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills • Strong communication skills and confidence working with technical and non-technical stakeholders • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple priorities, and work independently
