📋 Description

• Act as a trusted technical advisor to customers and align solutions with technical and business requirements • Prepare and conduct live, customized demonstrations of Sumsub’s all-in-one platform • Gather technical requirements, assess integration needs, and define solution architectures • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing enterprise accounts • Lead proofs of concept and trials during new-business and account-expansion cycles • Support sales and account-management teams throughout deal cycles • Respond to RFPs and RFIs and address customer concerns in written and verbal communication • Advise customers on best practices for integrating APIs and SDKs • Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Legal, Compliance, Operations, and Customer Success teams • Provide technical expertise and architectural guidance to Tier-1 prospects and leads

🎯 Requirements

• Ability to quickly master new technologies and articulate complex technical concepts as clear business value • Solid working knowledge of APIs, SDKs, and cloud-based SaaS architectures • Hands-on coding background is a plus, but not required • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills • Confidence presenting to cross-functional stakeholders • Prior client-facing or presales experience is a strong advantage • Analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills for integrations and customer requirements • Interest in Fintech, RegTech, Fraud Prevention, and Compliance; domain exposure is a bonus, not mandatory • Full professional fluency in English and Chinese, written and spoken • Flexibility and willingness to travel across the EMEA region for customer meetings, workshops, and industry events
