• Support the execution and coordination of the AI Literacy Initiative. • Maintain the Filmmaker Toolkit and Grants & Resources sections of the site. • Coordinate the Community Leaders program, while providing support. • Support community moderation efforts by upholding the Community Agreement and Code of Conduct. • Track and report on community engagement trends, preparing reports for leadership review. • Help coordinate relationships and communications with academic institutions and partners. • Manage the Collab support and course inboxes, ensuring a solution-oriented approach. • Help triage support requests and document recurring issues.
• 2 years of experience supporting digital customer service, online communities, partnerships, program coordination, or related operational work. • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. • Knowledge of digital platforms, Zoom, Asana, AirTable, Discord, and the Google Suite; proficiency with ZohoDesk and Stripe is a plus. • Knowledge of the film and television industry is a plus. • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple timelines and priorities with attention to detail. • A commitment to providing an inclusive, welcoming community experience. • Legal authorization to work in the United States.
