• Drive and execute a smart, results-oriented sales strategy with distributors across France. • Build and nurture strong relationships with Installers, Developers, and EPCs. • Collaborate with EMS specialists to co-develop innovative energy management solutions. • Take ownership of projects from tender through to commissioning. • Stay ahead of emerging trends, technologies, and market opportunities. • Work closely with Sungrow's international teams to align efforts with global vision. • Represent Sungrow at key industry events and proactively identify new sales opportunities.
• Strong commercial and technical background • Solid hands-on experience in sales and marketing, ideally within the solar, renewable energy, or clean tech industry. • Confident working independently and taking full ownership of your territory and results. • Leadership presence to inspire and motivate the people around you (partners, customers, or internal teams). • Adaptable and thrive in fast-changing environments. • Language skills include French at C1/C2 level and English at minimum B2 level; any additional European language is a plus. • Ready and willing to travel regularly across France (more than 50% of the time) and occasionally within Europe and to China.
