📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end project management for strategic initiatives: establishment of new subsidiary, manufacturing localization, software subsidiary build-out, and cross-functional compliance programs • Develop and maintain master project plans, timelines, and deliverable trackers aligned with HQ and local leadership • Serve as central coordination point between HQ, EU subsidiaries, and external partners (law firms, consulting firms, industrial partners, government agencies) • Facilitate effective communication across Legal, Finance, HR, IT, Production, Product, and Marketing • Coordinate with internal legal team and external law firms to ensure operational compliance in employment structuring and governance frameworks • Align HR structures to ensure compliant labor contracts and local workforce integration • Maintain structured documentation of key decisions, risks, and next steps; provide bi-weekly project updates and leadership reports

🎯 Requirements

• Proven track record in project management or operations (experience with international expansion preferred) • Background in legal and/or finance strongly preferred • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple concurrent projects under tight deadlines • Excellent communication skills in both Chinese & English • Proficiency in project management tools and strong documentation/reporting ability • Experience coordinating cross-functional teams (Legal, Finance, HR, IT, Production, Product, Marketing) • Ability to prepare executive summaries, decision papers, and leadership updates for senior management
