📋 Description

• Build meaningful relationships with Group Retirement Savings plan members through proactive outreach • Guide clients through retirement planning conversations, helping them understand their options and feel confident in their decisions • Provide personalized financial advice aligned to each client’s goals, life stage, and needs • Translate complex financial concepts into simple, relatable guidance • Stay curious and continuously learn, keeping up to date on products, tools, and industry trends • Contribute to a supportive, high-performing team where success is shared and celebrated

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 1-3 years of related sales experience in the financial services industry is preferred • Valid and active Life Insurance License (LLQP) • Confidence to ask questions and uncover client needs • Strong communication and relationship-building skills • A natural ability to listen, understand, and guide others • Self motivated and can work independently • A growth mindset: you’re motivated to learn and improve • Experience in sales or financial services is an asset, but not required • Experience selling wealth products over the phone • Completion of a college or university degree • Certified Financial Planner (CFP) designation or Financial planner designation (IQPF) • Canadian Securities Course (CSC) • Canadian Investment Fund Course (IFIC)
