📋 Description

• Assist renter customers with placing utility orders and explaining available options • Communicate with renters by phone, text, and email • Make outgoing calls to follow up with renters and sometimes utility providers • Ensure renter utility orders are completed and verified • Assist with additional client or team support activities as time allows • Proactively update team members on work • Work with proprietary software, CRM systems, and multiple applications

🎯 Requirements

• Available to work full-time hours with some weekend availability • Fluent in English • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Strong listening and attention-to-detail skills • Persistence and follow-up ability • Ability to maintain confidentiality and securely handle sensitive information • Willingness to complete a standard background check • Comfortable using and learning new technology • Ability to work with multiple applications and windows • Highly organized and able to track multiple moving pieces in a high-volume environment • Ability to multitask • Friendly, outgoing, and empathetic personality • Ability to adapt to process and utility-option changes • Goal-oriented and competitive mindset • Desktop or laptop computer with a reliable internet connection • Experience working with customers in sales and/or customer service
