📋 Description

• Analyze, design, develop, test, document, implement, and support assigned applications and solutions • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and translate business requirements into functional system solutions • Support and optimize workflows to improve operational efficiency and user experience • Partner with Service Desk teams to troubleshoot and resolve system issues in a timely manner • Participate in project implementation activities, including analysis, testing, documentation, and go-live support • Maintain and enhance system configurations, ensuring alignment with organizational standards and best practices • Provide end-user education, training, and ongoing support • Conduct root cause analysis and implement sustainable solutions for recurring issues • Collaborate with vendors and cross-functional teams to support system enhancements and integrations • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, data integrity, and security standards

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as an Application/System Analyst in a healthcare environment • Epic Prelude and RTE Certification • Strong understanding of healthcare workflows, systems, and operations • Proven experience supporting medium to high-complexity applications • Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions • Experience with system implementation, testing (unit, integrated, UAT), and support • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work across teams • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote environment
