• Design, build, and support Epic Ambulatory workflows, including Order Transmittal configuration • Lead and support OTX build, enabling outbound orders and data exchange with third-party systems • Support and enhance integrations between Epic and external applications (care management, digital health, specialty platforms) • Collaborate with technical teams on API-based and interface-driven solutions (FHIR, HL7, web services) • Partner with clinical and operational stakeholders to optimize ambulatory workflows and connectivity • Troubleshoot issues across both Epic build and integrated systems • Participate in build, testing, implementation, and go-live support • Ensure integration solutions align with organizational standards, security, and interoperability best practices
• Epic Ambulatory Certification (required) • 5+ years of hands-on Epic Ambulatory build experience • Strong experience with Order Transmittal build and configuration • Proven ability to support workflow optimization within ambulatory settings • Experience collaborating with technical teams on integrations and interfaces • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment • Strong communication skills across clinical, operational, and technical teams
